Modular cord helps prevent future injuries and works well in rehabilitating weak or previously injured muscles. Length: 4′ or 7′. Sold by color-coded resistance level: silver (1 lb. to 7 lbs., available in 4′ length only), yellow (3 lbs. to 9 lbs., 4′ only), green (5 lbs. to 12 lbs.), red (7 lbs. to 14 lbs.), blue (16 lbs. to 30 lbs.), black (25 lbs. to 55 lbs.) or white (55 lbs. to 150 lbs.).
